Release 3.0 · Day 2 — Henry AI in Reports: Talk, Don't Type 🎙️
Voice-driven activity reports. Walk out of the meeting, talk to your phone, and the form fills itself.
Activity reports are the most-skipped feature in every CRM in the world. Reps know they should fill them in. They don't, because filling a form on a phone, between meetings, with a coffee in one hand, is honestly miserable.
So we removed the form.
Henry AI in Reports lets sales reps talk their activity report into the system. No fields. No keyboard. Just a conversation — same as if a manager was asking how the visit went.
🎤 Two ways to talk to Henry
- Form mode. You're filling a structured form (visit summary, next actions, products discussed). Henry asks the questions one at a time, in plain language, and groups related fields so you spend 30–40% fewer interactions.
- Dynamic mode. No form, no questions. Just talk for thirty seconds about what happened. Henry transcribes, structures, and saves it.
Both modes work with voice or text, and Henry understands any language. Voice replies are stitched back to you so you stay in the conversation flow without looking at the screen.
🧠 Pre-visit, post-visit, always-on
Henry doesn't just collect data — Henry helps you walk in prepared:
- Customer insights card on every profile: recent issues, pending topics, sales trends, summarized for the visit you're about to make.
- Audio playback — let Henry brief you while you drive to the next visit.
- Text Assistant in any rich-text field: improve, expand, change tone, translate.
- Auto-transcription for any voice message you record.
💡 Pro Tip: When you talk to Henry, be specific. "Discussed delivery delays and agreed to expedite the pending order" gives a far better activity record than "good meeting." The AI quality matches the input quality.
Why it matters
Activity data is the spine of every coaching conversation, every territory review, every quarterly business review. The reps who already used voice notes love this. The reps who never wrote a single report? They're now writing them — because they don't feel like reports anymore.
