Each channel gets its own icon in the list, so you always know whether you're answering an order email or a quick "Hey, is this part in stock?" on WhatsApp.

🤖 An AI that triages before you read

This is the part we're most proud of. When a new message arrives, our AI:

  • Reads the message and detects sentiment and urgency.
  • Suggests tags based on content — order issue, quote request, complaint.
  • Extracts context like quote numbers and order IDs automatically.
  • Drafts a reply you can edit and send in one click — also able to improve, summarize, translate, or change tone.

You stop sorting and start replying.

⚙️ Routing rules that actually scale

Auto-assignment by customer's salesperson, by custom field, by workload rotation, or by random selection. Outside business hours? Auto-replies kick in. Configurable keyboard shortcuts let power users send + resolve in a single keystroke.
